First, please try restarting the device.

If a simple restart doesn't help, it’s a good idea to cold boot your device. To cold boot your device, turn off your device, hold down Volume Down button and Power button until white text appears, don’t press any of the text but wait about 10 seconds and your device will automatically cold boot itself.

If restarting and/or cold booting didn't solve your problem, please contact customer support. Please DO NOT uninstall and reinstall your app because this will erase your My Works pictures and custom colors.
