If you are unable to log into your account, unsure why some of your pictures were taken down or are encountering some technical issues, we will need you to send us some screenshots.

To take a screenshot on your Android device, please press the Power button for a few seconds and then tap Screenshot or press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time for a few seconds.

To add your screenshot to the message in the Support window, please tap on the Paperclip sign in the upper right corner and choose the picture you would like to send.
